Enamel Pins

Lover House (Wanda's Version) A-Grade Pins

All A-Grade enamel pre-order pins are set as pre-orders and are scheduled to ship out within 2 months after the pre-order window of the month is closes.

Example:

If pin pre orders open on the 1st of the month, the ordering window will close on the 14th and that's when the processing coundown begins.

 

All other A or B-Grade Pins

All other A or B-Grade enamel pin designs in the shop follow the standard 2-3 week processing time 

 

*Please be advised that all enamel pins are outsourced and manufactured by a trusted factory to ensure the highest quality, and therefore can still be prone to possible delays outside of the shop's control that could affect shipping times. 

Any shipping delays will always be shared with anyone and everyone awaiting an A- Grade pre-order :)

Any additional items purchased along with enamel pins will be subject to the same 2 month turn around time as the pre-order pin. If you would like to receive the rest of your goodies before your pre-order pin ships, please add on the SHIP NOW PLZ: PRE-ORDER ADD ON (OPTIONAL) :)

Any and all A-Grade enamel pins purchased are considered "pre-orders" since A-Grades can only be purchased during the first 2 weeks of every month to be sent out at a later date than the usual shop turn around time.

Once the pre-order window closes, an order for all the pins that were purchased during that 2 week period is placed and the manufacturing process can begin :)

This process is taken over by a trusted factory overseas which produces all of our pins, and can take anywhere from *6-8 weeks to complete and arrive to our doorstep. Once the bulk order arrives, we move on to inventory count, quality check, sorting, and order prepping. With all of these steps in mind, we feel confident that our 2-3 month processing time is a right fit for the enamel pins.

Products

Yes! There are no set dates, but all limited edition sticker packs and/or designs have the opportunity to make surprise appearances in the shop. Instagram and Tik Tok are the best way to know what all is launching and when! :)

Themed packaging is limited only to stickers that are listed as a "Sticker Pack". Stickers bought individually will be packaged in my standard packaging. 

Have no fear! The shop is restocked about every 2-3 weeks with the exception of a few items here & there.

Returns

Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours of purchase for a refund via email to hotmessexpressink@gmail.com

Due to the nature of my products, there are no returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. However, customer satisfaction is my top priority so please do not hesitate to reach out if there is an issue with your order once it arrives!

Shipping

Non-enamel pin orders:

Current order turn around can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to ship out from the original date of purchase for any product and/or prouducts.

 

Orders that include enamel pin(s):

Current order turn around is 2-3 months to ship out starting after the pre order window has closed. (Please refer to "Enamel Pins" for a more detailed shipping break down) :)

We do our best to include as many geographical locations as possible, but sadly due to an increase in shipping rates, the following locations do not qualify for international shipping:

Bouvet Island, Cuba, Iran, Netherlands Antilles, North Korea, & Syria

Unfortunetly combined shipping is not offered at this time in order to avoid possible mix ups and/or errors during the packaging process.

Yes! Whether you recently moved or just accidently input the wrong address during checkout, address changes can be made at any time prior to your order shipping out :) 

Address change requests can be made by sending an email to hotmessexpressink@gmail.com that includes your name, order number, and new shipping address.
